Confidentiality of User Information When users are identified as struggling or in crisis, their information remains confidential. Line managers or company owners do not have access to this sensitive data. Only the relevant qualified Mental Health Lead (MHL) or Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) assigned to the system can view this information. This can be a staff member, an external contractor, or a mental health lead appointed from OurPulse overseeing wellbeing for the company.
