Karl Wood

CEO

An entrepreneur with a successful track record in the technology and compliance sectors, Karl has worked with FTSE100 and Fortune500 companies to hone his craft. His expertise in compliance and solutions, combined with his managerial experience, drives the innovative spirit of OurPulse.

Dave Swann

Chief Operating Officer

With a distinguished background in the military and as a qualified paramedic and educator specialising in clinical medicine, Dave is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in operations, strategic management, training, and compliance. His dedication to excellence ensures that OurPulse operates with precision and integrity.

Mike McLeod

Clinical Lead

A qualified and experienced nurse and educator with over 30 years in clinical delivery and education. His experience in mental health, human factors, work-related stress, and time-critical information environments makes him an invaluable asset to our team. This enables OurPulse to provide top-tier workplace wellbeing solutions, even in the most challenging environments.

Elaine Fish

Head of Finance

Adaptable & focused on effective Aged Receivable and Payable Management. With over 30 years of experience in administration and debt recovery working for health insurance, legal and wealth management companies. I’m the cog behind the wheels that ensures everything runs smoothly.

Thomas Crow

Chief Information Security Officer

A cybersecurity specialist with extensive experience in supporting FTSE 100 companies and securing systems for the Ministry of Defence in complex conflict zones. His expertise spans a range of critical environments, where he successfully implemented robust security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure operational integrity. His background includes managing high-stakes security challenges, providing strategic solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Ian Flood

Data Protection Officer

Our external Data Protection Officer, Ian moved into Data Protection after 30 years consultancy in data and process design, compliance and organisational development. He not only keeps us on the straight and narrow but also makes sure our growth is set around clear compliance principles.
